Ordering orange cornbread Madeleines

I ordered the Madeleines on December 1st and they were shipped on December 5th. It is now December 16th and the package still has not been received. This is very upsetting and I am not happy. This was for a gift for a friend. If she ever receives them they will probably be dry and crumbly. Tracking says they are still in transit. It doesn’t say where they are. Help.
