We couldn't resist and they were eaten in a few days. We ordered the lemon, French toast and strawberry velvet madelines. They are some of the best I've ever had, with the flavors being so pronounced with each bite. Definitely ordering again in the future.

I found the Madeleines from a Buzzfeed article. I ordered them on a whim, as I'd been craving cornbread, and they were better than expected. The lemon is very present but I can still taste the cornbread. The flavors are nicely balanced. The Madeleines were nicely packaged and just perfect. I was personally contacted when I made my order. It was really nice. It really felt like my order was made for me. I keep thinking of reasons I need to order more. I definitely will.

I ordered the Lemon Madeleines and they were delayed due to Covid and the mail service. Claude & Craig were amazing!! They personally emailed me, checking to see if my order had arrived. I loved the personal touch as was a great sign of a business dedicated to their customers. Their work ethic is to be applauded and the madeleines were wonderful! Looking forward to many more orders!
